Tai Chi for Seniors In-Person

Tai Chi offers numerous benefits for mobility and health, including reduced pain, stiffness, stress, and depression, as well as improved blood circulation and muscle stamina. Join Laura Goodwin for the Garfield County Senior Program's weekly low-impact Tai Chi class at the library. Space is limited, so please register in advance.
